Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cultimetra. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays (Thuringia/Germany).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (e.g., during the peak harvest season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We ship our agricultural loss testing trays (Verlustprüfschalen) from Erfurt, Germany, to the following destinations:

* Third Countries include but are not limited to: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, etc.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important for Non-EU Customers)
Cultimetra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
- Within the EU: No customs duties apply.
- Outside the EU (Third Countries): All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, and handling fees levied by the carrier in your country).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
Cultimetra is liable for transport damages according to statutory law. If you receive your order damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and goods immediately and contact us at info@cultimetra.com so we can resolve the issue quickly. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
